Startup within the Attic42 ecosystem, where I worked as a product designer, mostly on redesigning the existing platform and developing new features.
Bizzllet is a self-custody business wallet designed to assist day-to-day crypto operations, including crypto payments, expenses, and invoicing.

With a single Bizzllet account, it's possible to: have unlimited multi-chain wallets, add members to the organization with different roles and rules, define spending limits per transaction and month, send and receive 7000+ assets, consolidate and export all financial data Bizzllet is a multi-sig solution, providing an added layer of security for your digital assets, and all requests are approved conveniently through Bizzllet mobile app. It is using Multi-Party Computation (MPC) to ensure users retain complete control of their crypto assets while minimizing risk through key-sharing between users and Bizzllet.
Listening to our users through interviews and testing, we have improved some of the main pages. The dashboard now presents data through a clearer chart, and assigning colors to each wallet makes it easier for users to scan and have an instant association with the specific wallet they are looking for. The page is streamlined, with enhanced accessibility, and unnecessary branding has been removed as it was distracting.
Bizzllet Dashboard
Bizzllet enables the creation of wallets as many as you need. Wallets can be associated with departments or projects, and the creator determines who can manage, edit or view them. From a web or mobile app.

Redesigning this page involved a different presentation of wallets, now through cards instead of a list. While cards offer a visually appealing format, presenting wallets as a list can be advantageous for users who prefer a more straightforward and condensed view, allowing for quicker scanning and easier access to detailed information.

The send process no longer occurs on a single screen because all fields were causally related and filled in a specific order. Our users were overlooking certain fields or ignoring warning messages. By dividing the send flow into multiple steps, we have a clearer overview of actions, reducing the risk of users overlooking important information.

Testing also revealed that the Send page was not essential in navigation, so we removed it. To send coins, users now do so directly from a specific wallet or contact list. To maintain a third navigation option to the send flow without completely eliminating it, we moved this option to the 'Transactions' page. Previously, this page only featured transaction history, but now it also includes basic actions above the list: receive, send and swap coins.
Send Assets
We all love automation because it simplifies and speeds up processes, so we have implemented the auto-payment and save contact options as our users often make payments to the same addresses or within the same time intervals/amounts.

Approve any big changes: Share organization ownership with your Co-founders, and set up approval quorums required for executing important actions, such as big transactions or organization changes. Asynchronous approvals via mobile app.
Pending Requests / Request Details / Settings
Delegating tasks to the team with full control. Adding team members and assigning different roles and rules based on their levels and seniority. We distinguish between two organization roles and two wallet roles.

The initial design displayed the team members in a list, which, when expanded, contained fields with settings. However, our users had difficulty finding the necessary settings within this setup. In response, we created a dedicated page where each member has a profile with limit and role settings. This enables a more intuitive navigation and a clearer solution that can scale for future upgrades. We also recognized the need to have multiple rules for certain limits, so we have allowed for such cases.
User Settings
Bizzllet allows users to store, manage, and move more than 7000 tokens & coins. All from one place.
Wallets like Bizzllet use secure Multi-Party Computation to create safe and secure multisig wallets where Single Points of Failure are prevented. If one device or user is compromised, your assets stay safe. MPC wallets are software wallets and are usually used by organizations. However, if you are dealing with more significant amounts of crypto, you can set up a multisig wallet across your devices and stay safe.
The great thing about them is that there are no seed phrases. They can be backed up using Google Drive or iCloud. So, to access your funds, you can use the password or the backed-up key share. Easily login with your email and password or via Google/Apple ID, and verify your account.
As an initiative stemming from the growth team, we've developed an external platform for easy creation of crypto invoices. In addition to the benefits of simplifying invoicing, it has also brought us new users who came from this platform.
